Job summary

Veritiv Corporation in Wisconsin is seeking a CDL Class A Truck Driver to join our distribution team. You will drive to deliver and pick up stock with a focus on safety, on-time service, and positive customer interactions.

You will inspect trucks, maintain records, and operate warehouse equipment as needed. This role requires 21+ years old, 12+ months driving experience, and the ability to meet DOT regulations.

Qualifications

• Verifiable Class A CDL and 12+ months driving experience.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Hazmat endorsement preferred and must be obtained within 6 weeks of hire.
• Ability to operate material handling equipment; liftgate experience preferred.
• Excellent organization, time management and customer relations skills.
• Must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Transport goods on schedule and ensure on-time delivery.
• Inspect loaded trucks to prevent damages and report defects.
• Maintain professional customer interactions.
• Handle documents and delivery records and monitor inventory.
• Follow safety instructions to protect environment and wellbeing.
• Report issues with facilities or customers.
• Operate equipment and assist with warehouse duties as needed.
