Job summary

QXO in North Little Rock is seeking a safety‑minded CDL driver to join our delivery team. This role requires a Class A CDL, 12+ months of verifiable commercial driving, and the ability to work outdoors in all weather.

You’ll operate a manual transmission truck, load and unload, and coordinate with dispatch for timely deliveries. We offer competitive benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) with company match, paid time off, and paid training and certifications.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid Class A CDL license in good standing.
• At least 12 months of verifiable commercial driving experience.
• Experience operating heavy equipment and driving a manual transmission truck.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform touch-freight tasks, which may require lifting, moving, or carrying products weighing over 75 lbs.
• Pre-inspect the truck, load materials, and verify the accuracy of the load.
• Notify branch management of any potential hazards on site.
• Set up job parameters and inspect the site to ensure a safe environment for loading and unloading.
• Maintain regular communication with the dispatcher to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Follow all DOT and company safety procedures, and always wear appropriate PPE.
