Job summary

MacArthur Co. delivers building materials to job sites and customer warehouses. As a CDL Driver, you are home each evening and on weekends, working with customers and team members to ensure projects meet company standards.

The ideal candidate has a Class A CDL (or a Class B with air brakes), can pass a DOT drug test, and brings at least 1 year of commercial driving experience, with a teamwork mindset and safety-first approach.

Qualifications

• Class B CDL with air brakes (Class A preferred); must pass DOT pre-employment drug test.
• DOT pre-employment drug test required.
• 1 year of prior commercial driving experience.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Properly use and maintain equipment.
• Lead by example with knowledge in area of expertise.
• Support a fast-paced environment with multiple projects.
• Knowledge of roofing, HVAC, and mechanical insulation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate, safe, on-time delivery of building materials to job sites, warehouses, and homes.
• Provide quality service and support to customers.
• Inspect trucks for order accuracy and weight compliance.
• Coordinate deliveries and assist in maintaining inventory levels.
• Work as part of a team to meet delivery schedules while remaining professional.
