You can expect to be home every evening and on weekends, working with a team focused on trust and competence. The role emphasizes strong safety, a teamwork mindset, and pride in serving customers while upholding company standards.

Qualifications

• Acceptable driving record and a current Class A CDL license (Minimum Class B CDL license)
• Able to pass a DOT pre-employment drug test
• 1 year of prior commercial driving experience
• Knowledge of roofing, HVAC, and mechanical insulation
• Follow company policies and procedures
• Properly use and maintain equipment
• Willing to jump in and roll up your sleeves to help out when necessary
• Lead by example, with first‑hand knowledge of an area of expertise
• Support a fast‑paced environment with multiple projects going on simultaneously

Responsibilities
