Job summary

MacArthur Co. is seeking a Class B CDL Driver - Roofing & Drywall Stocker to deliver building materials to job sites and customer warehouses, ensuring accuracy, safety, and on‑time performance.

You’ll be home each evening and on weekends, working closely with customers, teammates, and supervisors to meet company standards. The role requires a current CDL license, a clean driving record, and at least 1 year of commercial driving experience, plus knowledge of roofing, HVAC, and mechanical

Qualifications

• Hold a valid CDL license (Class B) and a clean driving record.
• Minimum 1 year of commercial driving experience.
• Knowledge of roofing, HVAC, and mechanical insulation is a plus.
• Follow company policies and maintain safe driving practices.
• Ability to work with customers and teammates to meet deliveries on time.

Responsibilities

• Deliver building materials (HVAC, Insulation, Roofing) to job sites, warehouses, and homes on time.
• Ensure accuracy and safety of loads and proper securing.
• Inspect truck for order accuracy and adhere to weight limits.
• Coordinate deliveries with customers and co-workers; assist inventory management.
• Load and unload materials as needed and maintain a teamwork approach.

As a Class B CDL Driver -Roofing & Drywall Stocker, you will be responsible for delivering building materials to the job sites and customer warehouses accurately, safely, and on time. As a Driver for our company, you will have the opportunity to be home each evening and on weekends. You will work closely with customers, fellow team‑members, and supervisors to guarantee projects are completed to company standards. CDL Driver Responsibilities:

• Ensure the accurate, safe and on time delivery of building materials (HVAC, Insulation, Roofing) to industrial and commercial job sites, warehouses, and residential homes
• Provide quality service and support to our customers
• Inspect loaded truck for order accuracy, comply with weight restrictions, and proper securing
• Work with customers and co‑workers
• Help coordinate deliveries and assist in maintaining inventory levels
• Work as a team in the decision‑making; build consensus rather than make decisions alone
• Ensure that delivery schedules are met while providing friendly and professional service
• Load and offload building materials for deliveries as well as warehouse stock
