Job summary

Spee Dee Delivery Service, Inc. is seeking a CDL Class A Driver to operate a tractor-trailer or straight truck and deliver palletized freight. Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM start with 10–15 hours of overtime weekly; OT paid after 40 hours.

Pay ranges from $23.00 to $27.00 per hour depending on experience. In addition to a $10,000 sign-on bonus, the company offers Health, Dental, Life Insurance, PTO, 401(k), and quarterly bonuses.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid CDL Class A driver's license with a good driving record.
• Age 21 or older with a high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to operate a manual transmission and obtain a doubles/triples endorsement.

Responsibilities

• Drive tractor-trailer or straight truck to deliver and pick up palletized freight.
• Perform pre-trip inspections and manage mileage and maintenance forms.
• Deliver to customers, verify load documentation, and collect payments when needed.
• Maintain DOT certifications and company safety policies; assist others as needed.
