Job summary

Spee Dee Delivery Service is hiring a CDL Class A Driver to operate tractor-trailer or straight trucks for palletized freight delivery and pickup. The role includes a $10,000 sign-on bonus and overtime expectations.

Schedule is Monday–Friday with 7:30 AM start times, paying $23.00–$27.00 per hour based on experience. Candidates must pass DOT requirements, have a valid CDL A, and be able to lift up to 75 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CDL Class A driver's license with a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• DOT compliance and safe driving are required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct a pre-trip inspection to ensure vehicle and safety compliance.
• Deliver palletized freight and pick up shipments from shippers.
• Verify load documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Collect payment for shipments as needed and manage paperwork.
• Maintain required certifications per DOT and company policies.
• Assist with loading/unloading and operate equipment as trained.
