Job summary

Spee Dee Delivery Service, Inc. is seeking a CDL Class A Driver (Transport) to operate a tractor-trailer or straight truck and move parcels between terminals. The role requires safe driving, pre-trip inspections, and adherence to DOT safety policies.

Hours are Monday–Friday starting at 5:00 PM with 10–15 hours of overtime each week. Pay ranges from $26.00 to $33.50 per hour, with overtime paid at time and a half after 40 hours and a $10,000 sign-on bonus for eligible drivers.

Qualifications

• Pre-trip inspection before driving to ensure mechanical, safety, and emergency equipment are in good working order.
• Turn in pre-trip form and complete mileage and maintenance forms.
• Drive between terminals to transport parcels.
• Maintain all required certifications required by DOT and company safety policies.
• Wash the exterior of tractor and equipment daily.
• Assist other drivers with loading, delivery, or pick up as needed.
