Job summary

Mauser Packaging Solutions is seeking a CDL Driver for its private fleet in New Jersey. This role covers regional and local routes with home daily schedules, Monday through Friday. Expect competitive hourly pay, a sign-on bonus up to $3,500, and a quarterly safety bonus, plus paid time off and comprehensive benefits.

You will drive, plan routes, and manage daily activities while upholding safety and service standards for customers.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with an acceptable motor vehicle record
• At least 23 years old
• Minimum 1 year on-the-road experience
• Willingness to move freight up to 55 pounds
• Valid Medical card with at least 90 days until expiration
• No more than 1 DOT recordable accident in last 3 years
• No more than 3 moving violations in last 3 years
• No DUIs in last 5 years
• Excellent customer service and safety mindset
• Ability to communicate in English

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL with an acceptable motor vehicle record.
• At least 23 years old
• Minimum 1-year on the road experience
• Willingness to move freight up to 55 pounds
• Valid Medical card with at least 90 days until expiration
• No More than 1 DOT recordable accident in last 3 years
• No more than 3 moving violations in last 3 years
• No DUIs in last 5 years
• Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.
• Ensure high standards of workmanship and efficiency.
• A Hazardous Materials Endorsement on CDL is preferred but not required.
• Maintains all required company paperwork.
• Follows all State & Federal regulations per Department of Transportation standards.
• Must be able to effectively communicate in English
• Must be able to comply with all established rules and policies (safety, production, etc.).
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to work any shift and work time as needed.
• Must be able to maintain an acceptable attendance record.

The range is $25 - $31 per hour.

Exact hourly rate offered will depend on candidate's experience, work location, skills, etc.
