Compensation and Benefits

1. Weekly Earnings: $1,200 - $1,600 per week
2. Quarterly Raises: Based on production and safety performance
3. Guaranteed Pay: Begins after 30 days of employment
4. Benefits: Health insurance, life insurance, paid vacation
5. Orientation Pay: $100 per day

Equipment and Mileage

1. Late-Model Equipment: Well-maintained Kenworth T680 trucks (4 years or newer) with automatic transmissions, APUs, inverters, voice navigation, and in-cab 5th wheel release
2. Consistent Mileage: 2,500-3,000 miles per week on average
3. Trailers: Reefer trailers hauling general commodities, boxed beef, chicken, and pork
4. Operating Area: Midwest to the East Coast

Home Time and Support

1. Flexible Home Time: 6 days off per month, flexible scheduling with 8 days prior approval, no weekly home time due to OTR nature
2. Support: Dedicated Driver Support Specialist team, former drivers providing assistance

Job Requirements

• Valid CDL A Truck Driver license
• Acceptable driving record
• Experience preferred but not required

Additional Information

• Orientation held in Olathe, KS, transportation provided
• Passengers 10+ allowed, no pets
