Job summary

Capital Waste Services is seeking a reliable CDL driver to operate Front-End Load, Roll-Off, Rear-Load, and ASL trucks across our service areas. You will ensure safe loading, perform basic vehicle checks, and maintain delivery records while delivering strong customer service.

The role requires a valid Class A or B CDL, a clean driving record, and the ability to pass a DOT physical, drug screen, and background check. Full-time with benefits and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid CDL A or B license and prior waste industry driving experience preferred.
• Two years of satisfactory driving experience with Class A or B vehicles required.
• DOT medical card preferred.
• Current, clean MVR and safe driving history as verified by DMV.
• Must pass a DOT physical, drug screen and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Operate Front-End Load, Roll-Off, Rear-Load, or ASL trucks to collect and transport waste materials.
• Ensure safe loading/unloading and adherence to safety regulations.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and basic maintenance.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and communicate with team and supervisors.
• Provide excellent customer service during public interactions.
