Job summary

Capital Waste Services is seeking CDL drivers to operate Front-End Load, Roll-Off, Rear-Load, and ASL trucks across service areas. You will ensure safe loading, perform basic vehicle inspections, and maintain records while delivering excellent customer service to customers and the public.

Qualifications

• CDL Driver Qualifications include holding a Class A or B CDL and a safe driving record.
• Must pass a DOT physical, drug screen and criminal background check.
• Medical certification is required or preferred.
• Two years of satisfactory driving experience with relevant truck types.

Responsibilities

• Operate Front-End Load, Roll-Off, Rear-Load or ASL trucks to collect waste.
• Ensure safe loading/unloading and adherence to safety regulations.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and minor maintenance.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and communicate with team.
• Provide excellent customer service during public interactions.
