Worley is seeking Rigger/Signalmen for rotational, remote work in Prudhoe Bay, Alaska. Roles involve working in challenging Arctic conditions and supporting industrial construction and maintenance projects in a petrochemical facility.

Ideal candidates are experienced in rigging and signaling, safety-focused, and able to thrive in remote environments with extended rotations. Worley provides meals, lodging, and transportation during rotations.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in safely rigging/signaling lifting equipment and materials.
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Valid driver’s license and ability to be covered by Worley auto insurer.
• NSTC certification.
• Able to stand, walk, climb, kneel, crawl, and work overhead in harsh Arctic conditions.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., push/pull up to 90 lbs.
• Able to wear and utilize fall protection.

What You’ll Need

• 1-2 years’ experience in safely rigging/signaling lifting equipment and materials
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)

• North Slope Training Cooperative (NSTC) certification (Worley can provide training if needed)
• Ability to stand, walk, climb, kneel, crawl, and work overhead in harsh Arctic conditions

• Ability to wear and utilize fall protection
