Job summary

The Landline Company in South Bend, IN is seeking a CDL Motorcoach Driver to safely operate luxury motorcoaches on airport connection routes. You will provide professional service to passengers and complete required DOT documentation.

This full-time role offers a $30 per hour wage, benefits including medical/dental/vision, 401(k), PTO, flight benefits, and company-paid life insurance. Shifts may include evenings, weekends, and overnight stays with hotel accommodations provided as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A or B CDL with passenger and airbrake endorsements.
• Minimum 3 years of commercial passenger driving experience.
• Able to pass preemployment DOT drug test and random testing.
• Able to pass a criminal background check to access airport locations.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Excellent driving record.

Pay:

$30.00 per hour

The Role:

• Safely operate Landline luxury motorcoaches on scheduled airport connection routes from tarmac to tarmac
• Provide professional and friendly service to passengers
• Complete required DOT documentation and safety checks
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while in uniform and on duty
• Perform routine fueling and basic vehicle cleaning tasks
• Assist, as needed, with passenger and luggage loading and unloading
• Drivers scheduled for shifts requiring an overnight stay in South Bend, IN, will have hotel accommodations arranged and covered by The Landline Company

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid Class A or B CDL with passenger and airbrake endorsements
• A minimum of 3 years of commercial passenger driving experience
• Ability to pass a preemployment DOT drug test and to participate in random drug and alcohol testing (this is a USDOT safety-sensitive position)
• Ability to pass a preemployment criminal background check to obtain a badge to access secure airport locations
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Excellent driving record

• Experience with Samsara software is a nice to have

Schedule:

Drivers participate in a quarterly schedule bidding system. Shifts can include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays and will vary depending on seniority. Shifts are typically 8, 10, or 12 hours long.
