Job summary

The Landline Company in Fort Collins is seeking Motorcoach Drivers to safely operate our coaches on airport connections and charter routes across Colorado and nearby states. You will assist with loading/unloading baggage and perform pre-trip inspections.

Candidates must have CDL-A or CDL-B with Passenger and Air Brake endorsements, at least 3 years of motorcoach experience, meet DOT/FMCSA safety requirements, be 25+ years old, and have a high school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate Motorcoaches and Cutaway vans on scheduled routes.
• Load/unload passenger baggage and cargo during boarding and disembarkation.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections; complete required DOT documentation.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional conduct.
• Follow safety procedures, company policies, and DOT regulations.
• Operate across Colorado and surrounding states as needed; participate in cross-location duties.

The Role:

We are looking for Motorcoach Drivers to join our team! In addition to your driving responsibilities, you will assist with the loading/unloading of passenger baggage and cargo during the boarding and disembarkation process.

What Our Drivers Do:

• Safely operate Landline’s Motorcoaches and Cutaway vans on scheduled airport connection routes
• Safely operate Charter Motorcoaches and Cutaway vans throughout Colorado and surrounding states when needed
• Transport passengers in all weather and traffic conditions
• Provide excellent customer service through respectful, courteous, cooperative, and polite treatment of others
• Complete all required DOT documentation
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Maintain professional conduct and appearance at all times while on duty or in uniform
• Perform routine fueling and basic vehicle cleaning tasks, including dumping waste tanks
• Safely load and unload baggage and cargo weighing up to 70 pounds per unit and push/pull luggage carts with multiple items loaded
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and transportation regulations
• Courteous and thoughtful treatment of other drivers sharing the roadway

All drivers will be crossed trained to work at all operations locations in the region and may be asked to operate both routes and charters when needed.

This is a Safety-Sensitive Position subject to random drug and alcohol testing under FMCSA guidelines.

What We Need:

• A valid CDL-A or CDL-B with Passenger and Air Brake endorsements
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience driving a bus or motorcoach
• Ability to meet DOT/FMCSA requirements (this is a safety-sensitive position)
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Must be 25 years of age or older (insurance requirement)

When You Will Work:

• Drivers take part in a seniority-based, quarterly shift-bidding system. Shifts are 8 to 12 hours and include early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays (Charter schedules vary based on client needs)
