Job summary

The Landline Company is seeking a CDL motorcoach driver for routes between South Bend and Chicago. You will transport passengers safely, provide courteous service, and maintain vehicle readiness with required DOT checks.

Applicants must hold a CDL with P and Air Brake endorsements, a current DOT medical card, and have 3+ years of passenger driving experience. Excellent communication and a neat appearance are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A or B CDL with Passenger (P) and Air Brake endorsement.
• Current DOT medical card.
• 3+ years of commercial passenger driving experience.
• Ability to pass pre-employment DOT drug test and random drug/alcohol testing.
• Criminal background check to obtain airport access badge.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate Landline luxury motorcoaches on scheduled routes between South Bend and Chicago.
• Deliver professional, friendly service to every passenger.
• Assist with passenger and luggage loading and unloading as needed.
• Complete required DOT documentation and pre/post-trip safety inspections.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while in uniform and on duty.
• Handle routine fueling and basic vehicle cleaning.

Pay

$30.00/hour

What You'll Do

• Safely operate Landline luxury motorcoaches on scheduled airport connection routes between South Bend (SBN)and Chicago.
• Deliver professional, friendly service to every passenger
• Assist with passenger and luggage loading and unloading as needed
• Complete required DOT documentation and pre/post-trip safety inspections
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while in uniform and on duty
• Handle routine fueling and basic vehicle cleaning

What You Need

• Valid Class A or B CDL with Passenger (P) and Air Brake endorsement
• Current DOT medical card
• At least 3 years (36 Months) of commercial passenger driving experience
• Ability to pass a pre-employment DOT drug testand participate in random drug and alcohol testing (USDOT safety-sensitive position)
• Ability to pass a criminal background check to obtain a secure airport access badge
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent

Schedule

Full-time. Drivers bid on schedules quarterly, with priority by seniority. Shifts may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
