Job summary

WeDriveU is seeking drivers to provide safe, reliable transportation across a range of vehicle types and routes. The role emphasizes on-time performance, professional appearance, and passenger assistance, with thorough training and a strong safety culture.

Eligible candidates must hold CDL B with Passenger and Airbrake endorsements, be at least 21 years old, and pass physical, medical, and background checks. Training leads to a Driver role with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must possess, or be able to obtain, all valid applicable state license and other required certifications to operate company vehicles.
• Must meet physical and medical requirements and pass substance abuse screening; safety-sensitive role with random screenings.
• Extensive knowledge of traffic rules and regulations.
• Compliance with all driver requirements and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Provides safe and reliable transportation by operating various vehicles on fixed or changing routes.
• Reports maintenance issues and ensures vehicle safety.
• Drives punctually, maintains routes on time, and follows company procedures.
• Assists passengers and maintains vehicle cleanliness and professional appearance.
• Completes paperwork on time and communicates issues to relevant personnel.
• Safely handles weather preparation and uses vehicle equipment as needed.
