Job summary

The YMCA of Greater Richmond is seeking part-time CDL bus drivers to safely transport children to and from our school programs in the Greater Richmond Area. This role involves driving routes for all YMCA branches and requires punctuality and safety-mindedness.

Qualified candidates must hold a valid Virginia CDL, a good driving record, endorsements P and S, be at least 21, and have a high school diploma or GED. Airbrake endorsement is preferred.

Job description

The YMCA of Greater Richmond is currently seeking part-time CDL bus drivers to safely transport children to and from our school programs. Looking for drivers within and/or around the Greater Richmond Area. This position has limited hours. Salary range for this position is $23-$25 per hour.

Position Overview:

We are seeking dependable and safety-minded individuals to serve as Bus Drivers.

QUALIFICATIONS for CDL

• Valid CDL Commonwealth of Virginia driver's license
• Good driving record
• Endorsements P and S
• Be at least 21 years old
• High school diploma or GED
• Airbrake endorsements

We are also looking for candidates with strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills as they will be essential in this role. Must be willing to drive routes for all Y branches in the Richmond area.
