Job summary

Colonial Materials, Inc. in Hickory, NC is seeking a delivery driver to safely operate a commercial motor vehicle, load/unload building materials, and deliver to commercial and residential sites while delivering world class customer service.

Requirements include a High School diploma or GED, a valid CDL with minimum Class B (Class A preferred), and a clear three-year MVR; working knowledge of DOT regulations; ability to lift up to 80–100 lbs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Inspect truck/trailer for defects and safe operation.
• Safely load/unload materials onto flatbed/boom truck and deliver to sites.
• Maintain compliance records and report accidents.
