Job summary

C.R. England, Inc. seeks experienced Truck Instructors to train and evaluate new drivers at our Utah program, teaching “The C.R. England Way” and conducting road tests to ensure safe, professional operation.

Curriculum includes lifestyle adjustment, evaluation, coaching, company standards, and driving evaluations. A Class A CDL and 1.5 years of recent OTR experience are required, with a strong emphasis on safety and people skills.

Qualifications

• Class A CDL required.
• 1.5 years of recent OTR tractor/trailer experience.
• Safety first mentality.
• Excellent people skills.

Responsibilities

• Train new drivers and mentor them.
• Assess road tests for trainee competence.
• Provide lifestyle adjustment instruction.
• Coach trainees’ abilities, attitude and participation.
• Uphold company standards and conduct driving evaluations.
