Job summary

Republic Services in Dexter, MO is seeking a Driver- CDL (B) to operate a collection truck safely and deliver prompt waste removal services for customers.

You will perform pre‑ and post‑trip inspections, follow routes, load refuse, and maintain daily vehicle condition reports to ensure safe operations.

Minimum requirements include a Class B CDL with air brakes endorsement; two years of driving experience preferred; shift is Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• Two years of prior experience driving commercial trucks preferred.
• Valid Class B CDL with air brakes endorsement required.

Responsibilities

• Perform complete pre- and post-operation vehicle inspections.
• Safely operate the truck along designated routes and service each customer.
• Load refuse and operate the compactor in accordance with safety policies.
• Complete required route productivity sheets and vehicle condition reports.
• Maintain safety standards and follow company policies at all times.
