Republic Services is seeking a Driver with a CDL-B license to safely operate a collection truck and provide reliable waste removal services. You will ensure vehicle safety compliance, complete daily reports, and service customers along assigned routes with professionalism.

Starting rate is $25.50/hr USD with competitive benefits, weekly OT, and local routes. The role emphasizes safety, customer service, and timely performance within a DOT position.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Class B or higher Commercial Driver’s license with air brakes endorsement.
• Demonstrates strong safety awareness and compliance with all regulations.
• Proven ability to manage time and routes efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre- and post-operation vehicle inspections per policy.
• Safely operate heavy truck along designated route and service customers.
• Load refuse, operate compactor and dispose at facility.
• Interact courteously with customers and colleagues daily.
• Complete required route sheets, VCRs and reports.
