Job summary

Republic Services, Inc. in Albany, Oregon is seeking a Driver- CDL (B) to safely operate a collection truck and deliver reliable waste removal services.

You will perform pre/post inspections, follow safety policies, load and unload, interact with customers, and complete reports daily to keep vehicles in good condition and routes on time. Qualifications

• Ability to safely operate a heavy truck and follow company safety policies.
• Strong attention to route details and customer service expectations.
• Ability to complete daily reports and vehicle condition checks.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre- and post-operation inspections to ensure safe vehicle operation.
• Safely operate the truck along designated routes and service customers on schedule.
• Load refuse, operate the compactor, and dispose of material at the designated facility.
• Interact courteously with customers and dispatchers to maintain quality service.
• Complete route/productivity sheets, VCRs and other required reports daily.
