Republic Services in Missouri is seeking a Driver- CDL (B) to safely operate a collection truck, perform pre- and post-trip inspections, and provide courteous waste removal service to customers along a defined route. You will ensure compliance with safety policies, complete VCRs daily, and report any vehicle defects.

The role requires a Class B CDL with air brakes endorsement and a commitment to on-time, professional service.

Qualifications

• Class B or higher CDL with air brakes endorsement.
• Ability to read route sheets and operate heavy trucks safely.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform complete pre- and post-operation inspection of the vehicle.
• Safely operate the heavy truck along the route and service each customer.
• Read route sheet, follow map and dispatcher instructions.
• Tag unsatisfactory containers and report safety issues.
• Complete route/productivity sheets and VCRs daily.
• Maintain adherence to productivity standards and safety policies.
• Actively participate in the ReSOP program.
