Republic Services is seeking a Driver - CDL (B) in Marion, IL to safely operate a collection truck and provide prompt, courteous waste removal services for customers.

You will perform pre- and post-operation inspections to ensure vehicle safety, comply with regulations, and complete daily vehicle condition reports. The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and professional customer interactions on assigned routes.

Qualifications

• CDL B or higher license with air brakes endorsement.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre- and post-operation vehicle inspections.
• Safely operate heavy trucks along designated routes and service customers.
• Load refuse, operate compactor, and dispose at the facility.
• Interact courteously with customers and dispatchers.
• Complete required route productivity sheets and reports.
• Follow safety policies and participate in ReSOP program.
