Job summary

Republic Services is seeking a Driver- CDL (B) to safely operate a collection truck and provide prompt waste removal services for customers along a designated route. You will conduct thorough pre- and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and readiness, and you will interact courteously with customers and dispatchers to maintain service quality.

Required is a Class B CDL with air brakes endorsement.

Qualifications

• Class B or higher Commercial Driver’s license with air brakes endorsement.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate heavy truck along designated route and service customers as identified on route sheet.
• Perform complete pre- and post-operation inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and readiness.
• Complete required route and productivity sheets, VCRs and other reports as required.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures to protect yourself and customers.
