Job summary

Republic Services is hiring a Driver - CDL (B) to safely operate a collection truck and provide prompt waste removal services for customers in York County, PA. You will ensure vehicle compliance, complete daily VCRs, and follow safety standards.

Responsibilities include pre- and post-operation inspections, routing, loading waste, engaging with customers, and maintaining accurate reports. A Class B CDL with air brakes endorsement is required to perform this role safely and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Perform complete pre- and post-operation vehicle inspections to ensure safety and proper operation.
• Safely operate heavy truck on designated routes to service customers and dispose of waste at designated facilities.
• Load refuse, operate the packer blade, and ensure compliance with safety policies.
• Interact courteously with customers and dispatchers to ensure timely service.
• Complete route and productivity reports and maintain required documentation.
