Job summary

Restaurant Technologies is seeking a CDL-certified Delivery Service Driver to handle local oil deliveries. You will operate an automatic straight truck (12,000–20,000 lb. GVW) and ensure precise pickups and drop-offs while delivering excellent service to commercial kitchens.

• $33 per hour + Shift Differential + Quarterly Bonus up to $5200/yr
• Hourly rate consists of $28 per hr. base pay + $5 per hr. Weekend Warrior premium

Primary Job Accountabilities

As a CDL-certified Delivery Service Driver, you will operate an automatic straight truck (12,000–20,000 lb. GVW) on local delivery routes, delivering cooking oil to commercial kitchens while ensuring safe, accurate deliveries and excellent customer service. Safely connect to truck hoses to customer oil tanks to load/unload cooking oil Use company-issued iPhone apps for route tracking, invoicing, and compliance Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers to meet their needs Monitor tank levels to avoid oil outs and ensure seamless service Always uphold DOT, OSHA, and HACCP safety standard.

Education, Requirements & Competencies

Minimum Requirements: Must be at least 21 years old. Valid CDL Class A or B with Tanker Endorsement Able to lift 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks (climbing ladders, bending, twisting, etc.) Strong safety mindset Preferred Qualifications: High School Diploma, GED highly preferred 2+ years of CDL-regulated driving experience Bilingual Comfortable using hand tools and performing basic troubleshooting Driving Record Expectations: Safety is at the heart of everything we do. Driving Record Expectations

Safe Driving Record (Past 36 Months): Limited MVR moving violations or PSP report violations. Zero Tolerance (Past 5 Years): No speeding over 100 mph.

This position requires the operation of a DOT-regulated vehicle, and candidates will be subject to passing a DOT-mandated pre-employment drug test. The Team

Located in one of our 41 depots, our operations teams are the face of Restaurant Technologies while onsite at customer locations: whether performing service, delivering and picking up oil, or providing training.

Available Shift(s)

Thursday - Sunday (4x10s), 8:00 AM start time. Up to 2 overnight/hotel stays per week. 1 overnight Thursday/ Friday. Optional overnight Saturday/Sunday pending truck availability.
