Job summary

Restaurant Technologies is seeking a CDL-certified Delivery Service Driver for local routes in Nashville, TN. You will load and unload cooking oil, ensure accurate deliveries, and provide excellent customer service to keep operations running smoothly.

This role requires a valid CDL, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a safety-first mindset. Benefits include comprehensive coverage and a 4x10s shift in some weeks.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High School Diploma, GED highly preferred.
• Valid CDL Class A or B with Tanker Endorsement.
• Able to lift 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks.
• Strong safety mindset.
• 2+ years of CDL driving experience.
• Bilingual.
• Comfortable using hand tools and basic troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Operate an automatic straight truck on local routes delivering cooking oil with safety and service.
• Connect hoses to customer tanks to load/unload oil.
• Use company apps for route tracking, invoicing, and compliance.
• Communicate clearly with customers to meet needs.
• Monitor tank levels to prevent oil outs and ensure service.
• Maintain DOT, OSHA, HACCP safety standards.

What You'll Do

As a CDL-certified Delivery Service Driver, you will operate an automatic straight truck (12,000-20,000 lb. GVW) on local delivery routes, delivering cooking oil to commercial kitchens while ensuring safe, accurate deliveries and excellent customer service.

• Safely connect truck hoses to customer oil tanks to load/unload cooking oil
• Use company-issued iPhone apps for route tracking, invoicing, and compliance
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers to meet their needs
• Monitor tank levels to avoid oil outs and ensure seamless service
• Always uphold DOT, OSHA, and HACCP safety standards

What We're Looking For

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High School Diploma, GED highly preferred.
• Valid CDL Class A or B with Tanker Endorsement.
• Able to lift 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks (climbing ladders, bending, twisting, etc.).
• Strong safety mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years of CDL-regulated driving experience.
• Bilingual.
• Comfortable using hand tools and performing basic troubleshooting.

• Safe Driving Record (Past 36 Months):
  • Limited to no MVR moving violations and PSP report violations.
• Zero Tolerance (Past 5 Years):
  • No DUI/DWI convictions
  • No speeding over 100 mph
• Drug & Alcohol Compliance:
  • Must pass a DOT pre-employment drug screen
  • Subject to DOT random drug and alcohol testing after hire
