Richards Building Supply Co. in Greer, SC is seeking a CDL B Driver (or CDL A) to join our team at the Greer location.

You will deliver materials to job sites, unload at the customer site, and help receive materials in the warehouse, with responsibilities for loading trucks and processing inventory. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, potential overtime on Saturdays, and a benefits‑rich environment designed for reliability and safety.

Qualifications

• CDL Class B with Air Brake Endorsement or CDL Class A license.
• 1 year CDL Class B driving or 2 years CDL Class A driving.
• Flatbed, Moffett, and Laddervator experience desired, but training available.
• Current DOT medical card.
• Clean driving record.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Heavy lifting capability; able to lift 50–100 lbs regularly.
• Must pass background check and pre-employment DOT drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Safely deliver products to job sites and unload as requested.
• Receive materials in the warehouse and load trucks.
• Move materials from receiving to designated areas and manage inventory.
• Follow DOT regulations and maintain safe operating procedures.

Richards Building Supply Co. is currently searching for a CDL B Driver for our Greer, SC Location.

Flatbed & Moffett experience desired.

Opportunity for overtime on Saturdays as needed.

Our delivery drivers are responsible for safely delivering products to the job site and physically unloading material per the customer's request as well as receiving materials in the warehouse, loading trucks, and processing inventory.

2 years CDL Class A driving experience or 1 year CDL Class B driving experience.

Requirements:

• Must be able to continually lift 50-100 lbs. of material throughout the day. Some lifting over 100 lbs. will be required.
• Loading trucks with material scheduled for the day’s deliveries within compliance of securing and distributing weight limits according to DOT regulations.
• Unloading trucks and receiving merchandise at warehouse.
• Move materials and items from receiving to its designated area.
