Job summary

Richards Building Supply Co. in Myrtle Beach, SC is seeking a CDL B Driver to safely deliver and unload materials to job sites, and assist with warehouse operations and inventory management during daily routes.

Flatbed, Moffett, knuckleboom and crane experience preferred; manual transmission required. OT opportunities on Saturdays; must be 21+, with a clean driving record, DOT medical card, and background/drug screen. Home daily with typical schedule.

Qualifications

• CDL Class B with Air Brake Endorsement or CDL Class A driver's license.
• 1 year CDL Class B or 2 years CDL Class A driving experience preferred.
• Flatbed, Moffett, Knuckleboom and Crane operating experience desired; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to job sites and unload per customer request.
• Receive materials in warehouse and load trucks.
• Process inventory and move materials to designated areas.
• Maintain safe driving practices and comply with DOT regulations.

Richards Building Supply Co. is currently searching for a CDL B Driver for our Myrtle Beach, SCLocation.

Flatbed & Moffett experience desired.

Knuckleboom & Crane experience desired.

Manual Transmission REQUIRED!

Opportunity for overtime on Saturdays as needed.

Our delivery drivers are responsible for safely delivering products to the job site and physically unloading material per the customer's request as well as receiving materials in the warehouse, loading trucks, and processing inventory.

2 years CDL Class A driving experience or 1 year CDL Class B driving experience.

Requirements

• Must be able to continually lift 50-100 lbs. of material throughout the day. Some lifting over 100 lbs. will be required.
• Loading trucks with material scheduled for the day's deliveries within compliance of securing and distributing weight limits according to DOT regulations.
• Unloading trucks and receiving merchandise at warehouse.
• Move materials and items from receiving to its designated area.
