Clean Harbors in Baton Rouge, LA is seeking a Retail Technician to handle environmental services, including disposal of damaged goods and on-site cleanup. The role involves driving a Box Truck to retail sites, loading materials, and preparing DOT documents while adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's license required.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Able to obtain CDL Class B with hazmat/tanker within 6 months, company paid.
• Pass background check, drug test, and physical.
• Meet OSHA respirator facial hair standards where required.

Responsibilities

• Drive a Box Truck to retail sites and perform pickups and transports.
• Load, pack and segregate materials and waste products per regulations.
• Prepare DOT shipping documents and maintain safety practices.
• Interact with customers at each stop and ensure health and safety compliance.
• Follow all local, state and federal regulations and company policies.
• Operate devices (laptop, handheld, printer, iPhone) to complete tasks.
