Qualifications

• High School or GED
• 1 year DOT driving experience – waste & recycling services experience preferred
• CDL-B & DOT Medical Card
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must pass MVR check, background check, and drug screening

Responsibilities

• Safety & Inspection: Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and ensure safety features are operational.
• Execution: Review routes and complete jobs within the allotted timeframe with quality.
• Equipment Operation: Safely operate street sweeper following traffic laws and site protocols.
• Material Handling: Handle materials safely and dispose according to procedures.
• Reporting: Report equipment issues, near misses, crashes, or injuries promptly.
• Professional Communication: Maintain professional appearance and communicate with team and clients.
• Compliance & Documentation: Accurately complete logs, manifests, and forms.
• Adaptability & Problem Solving: Respond to changes and solve issues timely.
• Regular & Predictable Attendance: Report on time and adhere to schedule.
