Job summary

Clean Harbors, Inc. seeks a Sales and Service Route Driver Trainee in Millington, TN to train toward a Class B box truck. You’ll service parts washers, collect waste, and sell products along a defined route, with company-paid CDL B and endorsements on track.

You’ll adhere to safety standards, complete daily tasks, and grow through structured training and benefits. As you progress, you’ll qualify for health coverage after 30 days, participate in a 401(k) with company match, and access training

Qualifications

• Must obtain CDL B within 180 days of employment (company paid).
• Hazmat and Tanker endorsement within 30 days of CDL B.
• Ability to work independently while managing time and productivity.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Problem solving skills.
• Perform physical functions per job requirements.
• Successfully complete a background check, drug test, and physical as required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Health and Safety is the number one priority by following safe work practices and policies.
• Complete daily scheduled services, deliveries, and pickups in a timely manner.
• Switch out 15- and 30-gallon drums of solutions at customer locations.
• Complete required documentation and labeling.
• Generate or collect leads from customers for new products and services.
• Sell additional products and services into existing accounts.
• Follow all local, state, and federal compliance regulations and rules.
• Safely operate vehicles in accordance with DOT and other requirements.
• Follow corporate operating guidelines and EH&S procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
