Job summary

Dairy Farmers of America is seeking a delivery driver in Georgia to operate straight or pup trucks, delivering to schools, grocery stores, and nursing homes on a defined route. You will ensure safety, maintain equipment, and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements include a High School diploma, up to 2 years' driving experience, valid CDL Class B with Air Brake endorsement, and DOT/DFA compliance. English proficiency and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Up to 2 years of experience driving a straight truck or pup truck.
• Must meet minimum age requirements.
• Must meet DFA MVR requirements.
• Must meet all DOT requirements.
• Certification and/or License - valid CDL Class B with Air Brake endorsement.

Responsibilities

• Operate a commercial motor vehicle in compliance with DOT and DFA rules and safety practices.
• Deliver pre-ordered or unscheduled products to customers according to route schedule and expectations.
• Follow routes and report delays due to road conditions, accidents, or breakdowns.
• Load/unload as required and assist in stocking/rotating product.
• Provide merchandising support and promote new products when appropriate.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform basic maintenance checks.
