Job summary

Dairy Farmers of America in Florida is seeking a delivery driver to operate straight or pup trucks, delivering to schools, grocery stores, and homes according to schedule. You will ensure safety, maintain vehicle condition, complete pre/post trip inspections, and manage daily paperwork with accuracy.

Expect customer-focused communication, adherence to DOT rules, and teamwork with peers and supervisors to meet route expectations and inventory needs across assigned territories.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Up to 2 years driving straight/pup truck (last 5 years preferred).
• CDL Class B with Air Brake endorsement.
• Must meet DFA Motor Vehicle Records requirements.
• Must meet all DOT requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate a commercial motor vehicle in compliance with DOT and DFA rules and policies.
• Deliver products to customers according to route schedule and customer expectations.
• Load/unload and stock products as needed at designated stops.
• Complete daily paperwork: delivery tickets, logs, vehicle service reports.
• Maintain vehicle and equipment, ensure proper load security, and communicate with customers.
