Job summary

Schwan's is hiring a local CDL Class B route representative in Murray, KY. You will sell and deliver products to grocery stores, place orders, and merchandise to ensure shelf availability. The role follows a Monday–Friday schedule with occasional weekends, starting early and finishing mid-afternoon. Pay is $54,000–$56,000 annually plus commission, with uniform provided and a full benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Class B CDL with airbrake endorsement required.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Able to lift 35 pounds and handle frozen product.
• Able to pass pre-employment background check, drug test and DOT physical.

Responsibilities

• Sell and deliver product to stores.
• Place orders and drive additional sales.
• Merchandise and rotate product displays.
• Unload products and collect proof of delivery.
• Use handheld sales software for daily work.
• Build in-store relationships and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain DOT rules and perform daily truck inspections.
