Job summary

Schwan's is immediately hiring for an interim CDL Class B route driver in Florence, KY to deliver products to grocery stores and maintain stock on shelves. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with occasional Saturdays, early mornings, and comprehensive benefits.

Candidates should have a Class B CDL with airbrake endorsement, be 21+, and able to lift 35 lbs. This position provides uniforms, footwear allowance, and opportunities for advancement into leadership roles.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Class B CDL with airbrake endorsement appreciated.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Ability to lift 35 pounds and move frozen product.
• Must pass pre-employment background check, drug test, and DOT physical.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to grocery stores to keep shelves stocked.
• Complete local daily route as planned to meet service expectations.
• Unload products and place in back room; collect proof of delivery.
• Use handheld technology to complete daily tasks.
• Build in-store relationships and work well with co-workers in a fast-paced environment.
