Job summary

United Rentals, Inc. is seeking a CDL-B Route Service Driver for portable sanitation, servicing restrooms and equipment across on-site locations. The role emphasizes safe driving, timely routes, and courteous customer service as part of the world’s largest equipment rental provider.

Responsibilities include cleaning, stocking restrooms, equipment moves, and daily route completion, with a focus on safety and professional communication with Dispatch and customers.

Qualifications

• Valid Class B CDL and safe driving record.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 2 years DOT-regulated commercial driving experience.
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs and perform manual tasks.

Responsibilities

• Repair portable restroom units onsite as necessary.
• Provide onsite moves of equipment and pick-up/delivery as requested.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections on vehicles and maintain logs.
• Load and unload units.
• Fuel vehicles and other equipment as necessary.
• Frequent customer interaction and recommendations for additional services.
• Maintain professional appearance and vehicle cleanliness.
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures at all times.
• Drop off and pick up equipment for customers.
