Job summary

FreshPoint, Inc. is seeking an experienced delivery driver to run daily routes with frequent stops in a cross-dock environment. You will load and unload products using hand trucks and lift equipment, ensuring items reach designated customer storage areas in the correct order.

You will operate a truck under DOT rules, perform pre-trip inspections, and maintain safety throughout routes while providing strong customer service and accurate deliveries.

Qualifications

• One-year route delivery experience or equivalent background.
• Valid Commercial Driver’s License – Class B (Class A preferred).
• Must read and speak English sufficiently for communication and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical, customer relations, and personnel management for major programs and projects.
• Runs routes efficiently, meeting or exceeding designated route times.
• Unload product from trailer, by hand or using a hand cart, and place in designated customer storage areas.
• Frequent lifting of product up to 50 lbs and occasional up to 80 lbs; climb on/off truck box as needed.
• Verify deliveries with customers and obtain signatures; communicate errors/returns.
• Investigate and respond to incorrect orders and notify management.
