Job summary

Republic Services is seeking a Driver with a Class B CDL and air brakes endorsement to safely operate a collection truck and provide reliable waste removal services for customers in the Midland, TX area. Responsibilities include pre/post trip inspections, loading material, following routes, and maintaining daily reports with a focus on safety and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre- and post-operation vehicle inspections and report any safety issues.
• Safely operate the collection truck along designated routes and service customers as assigned.
• Load refuse, operate the packer and dispose of material at the designated facility.
• Maintain route/productivity sheets and vehicle condition reports daily.
• Adhere to safety policies and participate in the company's ReSOP program.
• Provide courteous service and maintain professional conduct with customers and coworkers.
