Job summary

Airgas, Inc. is seeking a CDL B Microbulk Driver in Bluefield, WV to perform roughly 15–20 CO2 product deliveries along assigned routes. The role includes loading, securing, and transferring product to customer tanks with emphasis on safety and compliance.

Shifts include day and night; weekends may be required. Compensation is $26.00 per hour with a Mon-Fri schedule. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, disability, life, 401(k) and more.

Qualifications

• At least 22 years old.
• Class B CDL minimum with at least 1 year CMV experience (within last 4 years).
• Hazmat and tanker endorsements required.
• No preventable accidents in last 3 years.
• No more than 2 minor tickets in last 3 years.
• No serious CDL violations in last 3 years (speeding 15+, reckless driving, etc.).
• No CDL suspensions in last 3 years except for failure to pay child support.
• No DUI in last 7 years.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Able to lift up to 60 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Support transfer of product from Airgas truck to customer tank via hose hookup.
• Review vehicles for safety before and after use per DOT and company checklists.
• Load Microbulk tanks and fill customer-owned tanks as assigned.
• Collaborate with field service technicians on CO2 tank installations and repairs.
• Maintain DOT, SAFECOR, and Airgas vehicle documents for compliance.
• Ensure route truck is in safe working order and maintenance is performed timely.
