Kohler Distributing Company is the leading Beer and Alcoholic beverage wholesale distributor in Northern NJ, with over 300 team members working in a 250,000 sq ft facility, supporting nearly 3000 retail customers.

We are seeking dedicated, full-time CDL B Local Delivery Drivers to join our team. This unionized position with Teamsters Local 11 operates exclusively in Northern NJ.

Compensation includes hourly pay, load and piece counts, with overtime after 40 hours. Newly hired drivers will receive a $2000 retention bonus distributed over the first six months: $500 after 30, 60, 90, and 180 days.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Valid CDL Class A or B license and medical card
• Safe and efficient operation of Class B commercial vehicles
• Clean driving record and adherence to Safe Driving Policy
• Ability to push, pull, lift, and deliver efficiently
• Knowledge of North Jersey driving is a plus
• Required knowledge of manual transmission driving

Applicants must submit a completed employment application, driver’s license, medical card, and a recent abstract (no older than 30 days). Employment is contingent upon passing drug, fitness, and background checks.

Salary range: $1,000 - $1,600 per week.
