Job summary

Airgas in Newnan, GA is hiring a CDL B Driver for local deliveries. The role involves pre-trip inspections, loading/unloading gas cylinders, and safe handling with a Monday–Friday 6am start, averaging 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A or B CDL with HazMat and Airbrake endorsements.
• Hazmat certification is required; candidates without current HAZMAT will not be considered.
• Maintain appropriate driver’s license, medical card, and endorsements.
• No more than two traffic convictions or at-fault accidents in the last three years.
• No driving under the influence of alcohol or controlled substances within the last seven years.
• Must be able to work in a drug-free environment.
• Must be able to regularly lift 75 lbs and move more than 125 lbs with material handling equipment.
• One year of CDL driving experience in the last five years or proof of a certificate of completion from a trucking school within the last 12 months.
