Job Title: CDL Class B - Waste Collection

Reports To: Operations Manager

As a CDL Class B Truck Driver, you will operate a waste hauling truck to provide residential trash and recycling pickup within approximately 150 miles of your home. Your responsibilities include lifting and carrying residential waste into a compactor, ensuring safety at all times, reporting any defects, accidents, or violations, inspecting vehicles for mechanical and safety issues, and reporting maintenance needs to the management team. You will enjoy being on the road daily and not confined to an office.

Responsibilities And Duties

1. Safely operate within approximately 150 miles of your home.
2. Complete daily pre- and post-trip inspections.
3. Comply with truck driving rules, regulations, and company policies.
4. Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions.
5. Report any defects, accidents, or violations.
6. Perform other duties as needed or instructed.

Shift/Schedule

• Home Daily
• Monday to Friday
• Additional hours may be required
• Shift duration: 10-12 hours
