Job summary

Imperial Brady is hiring a Driver (Straight Truck)/Class B Delivery Driver in Perrysburg, OH. You will operate a 24’ box truck, load/unload with pallet jack and lift gate, and deliver to customer locations while providing excellent service.

Schedule is Monday–Friday 7:00am–4:00pm (or until completed). Candidates must have a CDL-B, pass a DOT medical, and maintain a good driving record; 1 year of CDL-B and route delivery experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL B license and ability to pass a DOT medical exam.
• One year of CDL-B route delivery experience preferred.
• Experience with pallet jacks, hand trucks and lift gates is a plus.
• Physically able to lift 50+ pounds and perform manual loading.

Responsibilities

• Operate a 24’ box truck (GVW ~26,000 lbs) to complete daily deliveries.
• Load and unload cargo using hand pallet jack and lift gate.
• Document activity logs and report issues to dispatch.
• Maintain truck inspection before and after trips and ensure safety.

The Driver (Straight Truck)/Class B Delivery Driver will be responsible for a route of stops daily. The deliveries require unloading the product via hand, pallet jack, and dolly and delivering the merchandise to the customer-designated location. The essential aspects of this position are delivering products and providing exceptional customer service.

The schedule for this position is Monday - Friday from 7:00am to 4:00pm, or until the daily work is completed.

You Will

• Safely operate a 24’ box truck of 26,000 pounds of gross vehicle weight (GVW)
• Load and unload cargo via hand, manual pallet jack, and lift gate
• Properly track and document the activity log
• Report any issues or incidents to dispatch
• Inspect the truck before and after each trip
• Communicate with customers with an outgoing, positive attitude

You Have

• A valid commercial driver’s license
• Must be able to pass a DOT Medical Exam
• A good driving record
• 1 year of recent CDL B experience
• 1 year of route delivery experience
• 1 year of manual pallet jack and hand truck experience
• Lift gate experience
• Ability to handle physical workload (lift 50+ pounds comfortably and unassisted)
• Strong work ethic
