Responsibilities

• Safely operate residential waste collection vehicles.
• Service assigned routes efficiently and professionally.
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Ensure all trash, recycling, and yard waste is collected according to company standards.
• Work closely with dispatch and route supervisors.
• Provide friendly service to customers when questions arise.
• Follow all DOT, safety, and company regulations.
• Report vehicle or route issues promptly.
