Job summary

The IDI: Insulation Distributors Inc. delivery team in Lenexa, KS seeks a CDL B delivery driver to support DC operations. You will handle order fulfillment, loading/unloading, and customer deliveries using company vehicles, while upholding safety and DOT regulations.

Prioritize accurate inventory, quality checks, and responsive customer service during daily routes. Applicants should have a CDL B license and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs, with experience in warehouse settings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education and experience.
• Meets all DOT, state and/or legal requirements pertaining to this position.
• 1+ years experience in warehouse facility preferred.
• 2-4+ years experience operating commercial vehicles including combination and straight trucks preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver goods to customer sites using company vehicles and verify delivery details with customers.
• Load and unload goods safely, securing loads prior to transport.
• Receive stock, put away goods, and assist in inventory checks and cycle counts.
• Support order entry and pull materials to fill orders with accuracy.
• Maintain safe, clean warehouse conditions and report safety issues.
