Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold a CDL Class B license and meet DOT/state requirements.
• Experience operating forklifts and other material handling equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform inventory control tasks.
• Proficiency with computer-based order entry and inventory systems.
• 1+ years' warehouse experience; 2-4+ years driving commercial vehicles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivery and transportation: Deliver goods to customer sites using company transport, confirm details with customers, load/unload safely, secure loads, and pick up goods as requested.
• Warehouse operations: Unload and receive stock, put away goods, note damaged items, ensure clear aisles, report unsafe conditions, assist in order entry and picking, conduct quality checks, and support cycle counts.
• Customer service: Provide exceptional service to customers.
• Safety and compliance: Maintain clean, safe workplaces; follow DOT/OSHA and company policies; participate in safety trainings and maintain certifications.
• Other responsibilities: Perform additional duties beneficial to IDI.
