Job summary

IDI: Insulation Distributors Inc. is seeking a CDL A Delivery Driver responsible for assisting DC management in efficient warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, receiving and stocking materials, customer deliveries, and maintaining inventory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Meets all DOT, state and/or legal requirements pertaining to this position.
• Operate material handling equipment including forklift, pallet jack, shrink wrapper.
• Use computer order entry and inventory systems.
• Demonstrate safety awareness and ensure compliance with DOT/OSHA and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Delivery and Transportation: Deliver goods to customer sites using company vehicles; confirm delivery information with the customer; load and unload goods safely; ensure loads are secured.
• Warehouse Operations: Unload and receive stock; put away goods; note damaged items; maintain clear aisles; report unsafe conditions; assist in order entry and picking; perform quality checks and cycle counts.
